Per-User, Per-Month No Surprises
Every Infinity2X GlassOne plan is billed per user, per month. There's no software to buy, no servers to maintain, and no minimum contract term. You pay for the number of people using the platform, and nothing else. Starter is $150, Small is $200 and Enterprise is $250 per user per month (AUD).
No Hidden Extras
Cloud hosting, ongoing software updates, and access from any device are included in every Infinity2X GlassOne plan at no extra cost. There are no separate licensing fees for updates, no per-module add-on charges within your plan tier, and no lock-in contract you can cancel at any time.

Is there a free trial?
Infinity2X GlassOne doesn't offer a self-serve free trial, but you can request a personalised demo and see the platform working with your own business data first.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Small or Enterprise whenever your business needs more modules. Your data moves with you, with no migration hassle.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are billed per user, per month, with no lock-in contract, so you can cancel at any time.
Is the Infinity2X CRM mobile app included?
Yes. The CRM module is included in every plan, and the Infinity2X CRM mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android is free for every user, so sales reps can log site visits, calls and follow-ups on the road.
How does setup work?
Setup is guided by our team. We configure your company details, price lists, modules and users with you, and bring across your existing customers, suppliers and pricing. How long it takes depends on your data and processes, and we'll agree a timeline with you before you start.
How is my monthly price worked out?
Multiply your plan price by your number of full users, then add production users: the first 3 are free and the rest are half price. For example, a Small plan with 5 office users and 5 production users is 5 × $200 + 2 × $100 = $1,200 per month (AUD).
How are production users charged?
Production users mostly scan panel barcodes and check job data at a production station, so they don't pay the full user price. Your first 3 production users are free, and each extra production user is half the full price of your plan.
What support is included?
Starter and Small plans include email and remote support from our own team. Enterprise adds a dedicated support contact and on-site support visits for training, go-live and process reviews.

Infinity2X GlassOne is developed and supported by CNet Software Solutions, an Australian software company in Chadstone, Victoria. You deal directly with the people who build the software, not a reseller.
